Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a contract occupational therapist in a school setting near Hope, IN. Qualifications:
Active Indiana Occupational Therapy (OT) license required Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is highly preferred Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, staff, and families Ability to evaluate, develop, and implement evidence-based therapy plans Organizational skills for managing caseloads and documenting progress
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to identify students' needs in educational environments Develop individualized therapy plans aligning with IEP goals and student objectives Provide direct and consultative OT services within the classroom or pull-out settings Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop strategies for student success Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and reporting in compliance with school and state guidelines Support school staff by providing training and resources related to OT interventions Adjust therapeutic approaches as needed to promote student participation and engagement You'll benefit from highly competitive compensation, with weekly pay in the range of $50-$55 per hour.
