Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' needs and strengths Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans as part of IEP teams Deliver direct therapy services to students, focusing on enhancing participation in school routines and activities Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support classroom adaptations and student success Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and district guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional insights regarding student goals Educate school staff and parents on strategies for classroom integration and carryover of OT interventions
