Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity to provide Occupational Therapy services in a dynamic school setting this summer. This contract role offers a focused, flexible schedule ideal for professionals who excel in supporting students and collaborating across multiple learning environments.
Key Qualifications:
Valid Occupational Therapy license for Massachusetts Experience in school-based OT, with knowledge of IEP-driven therapies Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, students, and families Comfortable working across multiple school sites Ability to manage caseloads and maintain thorough documentation
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver Occupational Therapy evaluations and interventions tailored to meet IEP goals Promote students' participation and independence in classroom and school activities Collaborate with special education teams and classroom staff to adapt materials and modify environments Maintain accurate and timely notes in compliance with school and regulatory standards Engage with families to discuss progress and recommend strategies for home and school use Travel between three nearby school sites during service hours
Assignment Details:
12.6 hours per week 4-week summer program: July 6 - July 30 Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm Serve students at three local school sites Enjoy a summer schedule that supports professional growth while making an immediate impact on students' development and success.
