We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Current state license as an Occupational Therapist in Arizona required prior to start of assignment. Proof of current CPR certification required. Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance required. Minimum two years experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting required. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Ability to perform home health duties including heavy lifting, bending, pulling, pushing, prolonged standing and walking. Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally as needed. Experience with fabrication and maintenance of adaptive equipment and hand splints preferred. Experience documenting Plans of Care (POC), progress notes, and working with interdisciplinary teams preferred.
