Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active South Dakota Occupational Therapy License is required to start the assignment. BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting is required. Experience providing evaluations and interventions for geriatric populations, activities of daily living (ADL) training, and durable medical equipment (DME) recommendations is required. Documentation experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is required.

Preferred:

Previous travel therapy experience and experience with Medicare documentation and reimbursement processes.
