Heritage Therapy provides high-quality physical, occupational, and speech therapies and rehabilitation at our Embassy Healthcare communities. We strive to help patients reach their maximum potential so they can live as independently as possible. Our experienced therapists work closely with patients and their caregivers to build customized rehabilitation programs tailored to each individual's needs. Join our in-house therapy team! Our facility in Lebanon is 79 beds conveniently located off I-71 or I-75 and is easily accessible from both the Dayton and Cincinnati areas. The therapy staff and interdisciplinary team strive to create a comprehensive care plan that is unique to each short-term, outpatient, or long-term patient. The therapy gym is spacious and equipped with all the tools that a therapist needs to provide the most effective treatment interventions.

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic activities and interventions.
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.
• Utilize knowledge in physiology, medical terminology, and occupational health to deliver high-quality care. Qualifications
• Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Strong knowledge of physiology, medical terminology, and anatomy.
