Occupational Therapy Assistant

Job description FOX Rehabilitation seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver evidence-based, geriatric-focused care within our clinician-owned practice. In this role, you will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, focusing on functional independence, safety, and quality of life. Responsibilities include ADL training, therapeutic exercise, functional mobility, caregiver education, and accurate EMR documentation. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team in a dynamic, patient-centered environment that promotes professional growth, clinical excellence, and ongoing learning.
