We're a cash-based, out-of-network hand and upper extremity specialty clinic — which means no insurance constraints, no rushing patients through, and no compromising on the quality of care you deliver. Our patients come to us for complex hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder cases. Post-surgical. Chronic pain. Cases other clinics gave up on. WHO IS LEADING THIS CLINIC

I'm Hoang Tran — occupational therapist, Certified Hand Therapist, published author of two books, and a national speaker who teaches hand therapy methods to therapists across the country. I built this clinic because I believe therapy done right changes lives. I also believe therapists deserve to grow, to be challenged, and to be mentored — not just managed. Everyone who has joined this team and committed to the process has succeeded. Not because it's easy - it isn't - but because the support is real and the mission matters.

WHAT THIS ROLE ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Doral, FL. You'll work a Monday - Friday day schedule with flexible scheduling. You'll be working with hand, upper extremity, and spine patients — evaluations, treatment planning, and hands-on care. You won't be rushed. You won't be handed a script. You'll be expected to think, to listen, and to treat the whole person. You'll also receive structured clinical mentorship from me directly — including training in hand therapy techniques that typically take therapists years to develop on their own. This is not a line on a job post. It is a genuine investment in your career.

Compensation:

Base salary: Based on experience Performance bonus: Earn additional income based on your patient outcomes and contribution to clinic growth — this kicks after your first year. Paid PTO and holidays Flexible scheduling Professional development support

YOU'RE A FIT IF

You're a licensed OT in Florida — whether you're a recent grad who knows hand therapy is where you want to go, or you have experience and you're ready for a clinic that will actually challenge you. You don't need to be a CHT already. You need to be coachable, curious, and committed to doing the work well. If you already have your CHT and want to expand into cervical and thoracic treatment — we'll train you in that too.
