This position offers the opportunity to work closely with employees, leadership, and external partners to ensure a healthy, compliant, and engaged workforce. You will take ownership of health-related programs, injury management, and preventative initiatives—helping to create a safer workplace every day. This role is ideal for a healthcare professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys balancing clinical care with proactive health strategies. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. The typical schedule for this role is 3:30 PM to midnight, offering an evening shift that supports work-life balance. Flexibility is key, as there will be requests to support third shift coverage—providing variety and a chance to further expand your impact across operations. Bring your clinical judgment, collaborative mindset, and passion for improving workplace health—and help shape a safer future for all.
