Job Description

Office Assistant Duties:
  • Provide administrative support to the office staff
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Perform order entry and maintain accurate records
  • Act as a personal assistant to the office manager
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments
  • Assist with proofreading documents and correspondence
  • Provide support to the accounting office, including receptionist duties
Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in order entry and data management
  • Experience in event planning is a plus
  • Knowledge of dental office procedures is preferred
  • Ability to manage calendars and schedule appointments efficiently
