PT provides our clients with solutions through Drilling support, Short & Long Term Well Testing, Flowback Services, Frac support including Toe Prep, Frac Stack, Rental Equipment. With a history of excellence and an outstanding safety record, PICO is able to get the job done quickly and effectively. Duties/Responsibilities
- Managing correspondence: Handling email, letter, and other forms of communication
- Scheduling appointments and meetings: Coordinating calendars and arranging meetings
- Answering phones: Receiving and directing calls to appropriate personnel
Filing and Organization:
Managing physical and electronic filing systems- Maintain upkeep of the appearance of office housekeeping.
- Upkeep of office supplies and reorder as needed.
- Ordering and picking up meals for onsite meetings.
- Provide administrative support by assisting colleagues with various tasks and projects as needed.
