Administrative Office Assistant Premier Youth Volleyball Club
  • South Florida Part-Time | In-Office Position About Miami Hype Volleyball Miami Hype Volleyball is one of South Florida's fastest-growing youth volleyball organizations, serving athletes ages 8-18 across developmental, regional, and national-level programs.
Our environment is fast-paced, high-energy, and detail-driven. We are committed to creating a structured, professional, and high-quality experience for players, families, and staff across all areas of the club. We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Office Assistant to support daily office operations and help maintain smooth communication and structure throughout the organization. About the Role The Administrative Office Assistant will support the day-to-day administrative needs of the club, including communication, scheduling coordination, billing support, organization, and general office management. This role is ideal for someone who:

  • enjoys helping systems run smoothly behind the scenes This is a full-time, in-office position. Key Responsibilities Front Office & Communication
  • Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and daily inquiries
  • Serve as a point of contact for parents, athletes, and prospective families
  • Provide accurate information regarding schedules, programs, registration, and events
  • Ensure communication remains timely, organized, and professional Administrative & Billing Support
  • Assist with billing, invoices, payment tracking, and account follow-up
  • Maintain organized administrative records and documentation
  • Support registration systems, spreadsheets, and backend organization
  • Assist families with account or payment-related questions Scheduling & Program Coordination
  • Assist with practice schedules, court assignments, and calendar updates
  • Help coordinate clinics, camps, tryouts, and club programming
  • Ensure schedules and logistics remain accurate and clearly communicated
  • Support organizational needs across multiple teams and programs Office Operations & Organization
  • Maintain organized systems for:
  • player rosters
  • schedules
  • communication logs
  • administrative records
  • internal documentation
  • Support daily office operations and maintain a clean, structured work environment
  • Assist leadership and staff with administrative needs as they arise Staff & Leadership Support
  • Help coaches and leadership stay organized and supported
  • Assist with internal communication and administrative coordination
  • Help maintain smooth operational flow throughout the club Community & Event Support
  • Assist with club events, clinics, and community initiatives
  • Support communication and coordination for programs and special events
  • Help maintain a positive and professional club presence Qualifications Required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional attitude and strong reliability
  • Ability to work full-time in-office 5pm-9pm Preferred
  • Previous administrative or office experience
  • Experience in youth sports, athletics, or customer service environments
