• Accounts receivable/payable
• Payroll, QuickBooks
• Answering phones, dispatching, misc. office duties.
• Knowledge of employment law
• Knowledge of Vehicle Code
• Complete payroll reports for State and Federal quarterly
• Complete quarterly payroll report for State Fund Workers Comp
• Complete yearly State fund audits
• Complete yearly insurance audits
• Calculate and complete monthly CDTFA Sales & Use tax reports
• Calculate and complete quarterly CDTFA Excise tax reports
• Daily QuickBooks accounting entries.
• Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards
