6 Months Roles & Responsibilities Responsible, under minimal supervision, for supporting the operations, logistics, and class room training coordination for a variety of learning programs. Works well independently, and considered a professional with adequate understanding of own job area. Communications for trainees and other stakeholders Updating and distributing training reports Scheduling/invitations/LMS registration for each trainee Compile data for training improvements and reporting Ensuring all materials are ready for each class Prepare, print, collate, order and receive training materials as needed Ensuring rooms are setup per program needs Ensuring technology in room is enabled and ready prior to session. Creating and following up with catering orders for classes (Lunch order) Managing training records of program based on attendance Supporting program evaluation collection and analysis Managing training sample product inventory Qualifications & Experience 1-2 years of experience Highschool Diploma or above System Administration Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word Highly detail-oriented, organized, and works with a sense of urgency Customer-service oriented - must be able to professionally and tactfully interact with all levels of the organization
