Now Hiring:
Office Support / Order Entry Specialist In-Person Position - Suwanee, GA (Must live within close proximity to the office) Blinds by Noon is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented team member to join our office staff in Suwanee, GA! This is a fast-paced position supporting our sales and installation teams with order processing, communication, and administrative support in the custom window coverings industry.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with order entry and data entry Basic CAD experience is a plus, but not required Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Excellent communication skills Comfortable communicating with sales teams and installers regarding orders and project updates Positive attitude and team-player mentality Eager to learn — we continuously introduce new products and systems Adaptable to change and able to multitask in a growing environment Familiarity with Salesforce and other business systems/software preferred
Responsibilities:
Enter and manage customer orders accurately Review measurements, specifications, and order details Communicate with sales representatives and installers regarding order status and updates Assist with tracking orders and resolving discrepancies Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
