Job Description

Job description We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Office Administrator to support daily financial and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable balancing office responsibilities with occasional field errands.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Process and assist with office payroll. Perform routine banking tasks , including deposits and pickups. Run errands and travel to and from client locations for document pickups and deliveries. Maintain organized records, files, and financial documentation. Support general office administrative functions as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop. Experience with accounts payable and receivable. Comfortable handling confidential financial and payroll information. Ability to move efficiently between tasks and priorities. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally. Self-motivated and dependable with minimal supervision.
