Job Description
North Coast Cultured Products is growing, and we are looking for a dependable, friendly, and motivated team member to join our office staff. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced business with opportunities to learn and grow. No two days are exactly the same, and the right candidate will become an important part of our daily operations and customer experience.
Responsibilities Include:
Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers Greeting customers and visitors in our showroom Entering sales orders and maintaining accurate records Assisting with accounts payable and vendor communication Supporting office operations and administrative tasks Coordinating internally with production and sales staff Helping maintain an organized and professional office environmentWhat We're Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills Friendly, professional, and positive attitude Detail-oriented and organized Ability to multitask and work independently Basic computer and office software knowledge Willingness to learn and grow within the company About thePosition:
This is an in-office position located in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania. We are a well-established local manufacturing company with a strong reputation and a team-oriented environment. Experience in construction, manufacturing, cabinetry, countertops, or related industries is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person who is eager to learn.
