Fully Onsite Salary:
$50,000 - $52,000 per year A mission-driven non-profit organization in Woodstock, CT is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to support daily operations across multiple departments. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys contributing to meaningful community impact. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact between internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication and coordination Assist with system implementation projects by gathering information from program managers and accurately entering data into internal systems Manage cash deposits, maintain financial records, electronically copy and save checks, and track expenses across programs and properties Prepare for audits by collecting, organizing, and maintaining required documentation Provide administrative support to the HR department, with a focus on compliance-related tasks Work closely with the finance team to support day-to-day accounting and operational activities Assist in implementing and maintaining a new bill payment system and related processes Support timekeeping and payroll-related administrative tasks for various service programs Provide backup support for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely completion Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of office administrative experience Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience in a non-profit or municipal setting is a plus, but not required Click here to apply online #INMAY2026Similar remote jobs
