We're a family-owned construction company that's been serving the Madison area since 1939 — four generations strong with the fifth generation working alongside us today. We take pride in our long history and the trust we've built with our customers and community. You'll be the go-to person for: Answering phones and talking with customers Scheduling appointments, crews, and subcontractors Ordering materials and managing purchase orders Basic project coordination and data entry Assisting the owner with a variety of back-office tasks In this role, you'll need to be great at pivoting quickly when things come up and staying calm while solving problems on the fly. If you're good at juggling priorities and keeping your cool, you'll fit right in. We're a small team, so you'll wear multiple hats and stay busy — no two days are the same. Construction experience is helpful but not required — we'll train the right person.We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Administrator / Project Coordinator to join our small construction company. Experience:
Proven office experience with strong clerical and administrative skills Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable Experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing excellent customer support Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse clients and team members Previous experience in office management or project coordination within a construction or related industry is preferred Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values hard work, professionalism, and community.
