Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Administrator / Receptionist to join our team! This vital role combines front desk management, administrative support, and office coordination to ensure smooth daily operations. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, manage scheduling and correspondence, and support various administrative functions with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties Greet visitors warmly, answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette Manage front desk operations, including handling incoming inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a welcoming environment Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of office records Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace for correspondence, reports, and calendar management Support office management tasks such as inventory tracking, supply ordering, and maintaining cleanliness of common areas Assist with keeping all of our locations organized together and comminicating with each location Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining excellent customer service standards Experience Prior office experience or administrative experience in a professional setting is not required but preferred Proven clerical skills including data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, calendar management tools, and basic bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is highly desirable Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively Demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace tools Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
