Job Description

SUMMARY Manage daily aspects of the office for the store. Communicate between accounts receivable, accounts payable, human relations, purchasing, receiving and the controller. This position requires close to 5 hours per day, 4-5 days per week.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following: Cash drawer balancing. Goes to bank to manage deposits and making change. ROA entries. Receives and sorts mail. Returns report validation. Makes marketing co-op submissions. Handles incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously. Orders office supplies such as forms, letterheads, envelopes, paper, etc. Attends all store meetings and complete all training as scheduled. Secondary tasks. File records such as invoices, sales contracts, orders for all stores. Enter credit card transactions into General Ledger. Verify business records such as invoices, sales contracts, etc. for accuracy. Approve daily Time Clock Logs. Reconcile Rental Report to POS. Separate daily work between ACE and Grinders. Review Grinders Punch Cards and files.
Maintain and print spreadsheets:
Employees sign for check, Employee phone list, Time Clock Logs for ACE and Grinders, Daily spreadsheets, etc. Disburse pay checks on Fridays. Process credit card payments for charge accounts. Orders vending machine candy and maintains. Pull invoice copies at customer request and fax or scan and email.
