This is an entry-level role with growth opportunities. What You'll Do:

Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones and assisting callers Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records Support scheduling operations by contacting caregivers and updating schedules Assist with employee onboarding Assist with coordinating caregiver training programs Provide general administrative support to office leadership

Strong organizational and multitasking skills Professional communication and phone etiquette Comfortable with computers and learning new systems Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn Ability to learn and adapt to changing operational needs in a fast-paced environment
