Office Assistant

Office Assistant Job Description We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, great multi-tasker, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and assisting with various tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Great phone customer service
• Considerable Data Entry with accuracy and completeness
• Coordinating projects with other departments
• Filing and organizing paperwork
• Assisting with general office duties as needed

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal This position is ideal for someone who has experience working in an office environment, particularly in a construction field.
