Job Description
- 1 year office/clerical experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Windows based computers. Desirable Education and/or Experience
- 1 year of college
- Experience with data entry
- Experience proctoring paper/pencil and computerized exams
- Experience with computerized testing through sponsored organizations
- Experience working with students with accommodations or learning disabilities
- Experience working with international students
- Experience using scheduling software
- Experience with conflict resolution
- Experience creating forms and documents
- Experience using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and phones Required Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities
- Demonstrated ability to independently organize, prioritize, and complete multiple work assignments in a fast-paced work environment with frequent interruptions.

Background Check:
