This administrative position offers full-time hours, primarily Monday through Friday, with shifts typically scheduled between 8 AM and 7 PM. Days and hours may occasionally vary based on business needs, so occasional weekend availability-such as a Saturday shift-is important. As our Office Assistant, you'll coordinate schedules, manage data entry, and maintain accurate records to ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll function as a key point of contact for clients and vendors, building strong relationships through professional communication. Additionally, you'll assist with special projects, research, and provide general business support.
