This includes handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing reports, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with payroll and other back-office tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable & Receivable Process vendor invoices, match with purchase orders, and prepare payments Record customer payments and issue receipts Reconcile customer and vendor statements Follow up on overdue invoices and assist in collections Data Entry & Financial Support Accurately enter financial data into accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) Maintain digital and physical filing systems for invoices, receipts, and reports Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and reconciliations Support bank deposits and petty cash tracking Administrative Support Prepare basic spreadsheets and summaries for management Answer phones and assist with general office duties when needed Cover Administrative desk when needed Help with year-end reporting, audits, or tax preparation
