Office Assistant

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations in a dynamic office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent customer service abilities, The ability to multitask is a must, with strong attention to detail. This role involves working closely with our main scheduler to answer phones and schedule customers. This person would also handle some data entry, and other office tasks. Qualifications Proven experience in an office environment with clerical or administrative responsibilities Strong computer literacy with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and professionally Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette An accounting background is a plus but not required Experience with QuickBooks or a dispatching software is a plus
