About Clean Freakz Clean Freakz is a fast-growing residential and commercial cleaning company serving Atlantic and Cape May Counties. We're looking for a highly organized, motivated Office Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves helping people, and can keep multiple moving pieces running smoothly. If you enjoy organization, communication, problem-solving, and making things happen behind the scenes this position could be a great fit.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Client Communication Answer incoming calls, texts, emails, and customer inquiries Respond to new leads promptly Schedule estimates and cleaning appointments Follow up with customers after services Manage schedule updates and communicate changes Help create a positive customer experience Scheduling & Operations Build and manage daily and weekly schedules Coordinate cleaner assignments and route efficiency Fill open schedule gaps and handle last-minute changes Manage cancellations, call-outs, and reschedules Monitor daily progress and team communication Lead Management & CRM Track new leads and customer information Follow up on pending estimates Update customer notes and service details Maintain accurate records in company systems Employee Support Assist with onboarding communication and paperwork Track employee schedules and availability Maintain employee files and records Support communication of company expectations Reporting & Inventory Track key business metrics and reports Monitor inventory levels and supplies Help maintain organization and improve systemsWe're Looking For Someone Who Is:

Previous office experience, scheduling, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Experience with CRM systems or scheduling software is a plus Strong computer and typing skills Experience in service industries is a bonus Must be computer savvy, Google Drive, Chat GPT and other platforms.
