• As the Office Assistant you will assist leadership with routine clerical/office and computer related tasks to include but not limited to filing, scheduling, and data entry, including processing workflow tasks as assigned.

• Primary Responsibilities:

• + Assists with routine clerical/office tasks, answers telephone calls, and delivers messages + Pulls, reviews, and follows up on reports of orders recert and unverified visits + Maintains an up-to-date medical record by scanning documents timely and completing EOE audits as appropriate + Completes discharge chart reviews, performs audits, processes orders to/from physicians, and tracks for timely receipt + Communicates professionally within the organization and with external sources (physicians, patients, family members, referral sources, etc.

• Required Qualifications:

• + Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation + Computer skills, clerical-business machine skills, telephone communication skills, and be able to type + General clerical skills and organizational skills

• Preferred Qualifications:

• + Able to work independently and as a team member Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.

The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $21.65 per hour based on full-time employment.
