Job Description:
Dermastart, Inc. is seeking a dependable, organized, and self-sufficient Office Assistant / Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, has strong communication skills, and can assist with both administrative and marketing-related tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Answering and directing incoming phone calls professionally Taking customer orders accurately over the phone Assisting the office with ordering materials and supplies Assisting in the creation of marketing materials Monitoring and assisting with social media presence Using Canva to help create social media and marketing content Assisting with trade show preparation and needs when they arise Providing general administrative and office support Maintaining organized records and assisting team members as needed
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills Professional phone etiquette Experience using Canva for basic graphic design and social media content Familiarity with social media platforms Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and be self-sufficient Detail-oriented with a positive and professional attitude Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous receptionist, office assistant, or administrative experience Experience in marketing, social media management, or customer service is a plus We are looking for someone who is motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow with our company while contributing to a supportive team environment.
Pay:
$15.00 - $22.00 per hour
