OFFICE ASSISTANT / OFFICE TRAINEE

Meadville, PA | Full-Time Pennco Tool & Die Looking to start a long-term career in manufacturing and business operations? Pennco Tool & Die is looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable individual to join our team as an Office Assistant / Office Trainee. This position is designed for someone who wants to learn the day-to-day operations of a busy precision manufacturing shop and grow into a key office management role over time. You will work directly alongside our current office manager to learn how our company operates, assist with daily office responsibilities, and help keep operations organized and moving efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Organizing and maintaining paperwork, job folders, and office records Assisting with preparing customer quotes and paperwork Receiving and processing purchase orders Helping track jobs and customer information Answering phones and assisting customers/vendors when needed General office support and administrative tasks Learning manufacturing office processes and workflow systems

What We're Looking For:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Good communication and willingness to learn Basic computer knowledge and typing skills Dependable and motivated attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Manufacturing or office experience is a plus, but not required
