Job Description

The right candidate will have: Previous administrative experience is a plus Experience with QuickBooks is a huge plus Proficiency with computers, especially Microsoft Office/Excel Good communication and organization skills Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience Our Administrative Assistant will: Answer incoming calls and either assist, take messages or redirect to the appropriate party. Monitor office emails. Process voicemails, faxes, and mail. Process all A/R, A/P, and invoicing. Maintain Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable accounts, and Cash Handling procedures to company standards. Complete all Accounting related daily, weekly, and monthly processing and reports. Greet clients as they enter the office. Place collection calls/emails. Customer service relating to general issues. • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel Will need to master additional software as well. Excellent interpersonal skills. Must be an independent thinker with the ability for flexibility and creativity in identifying and solving problems. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Excellent organizational skills. Must possess above average human relations, customer service, problem solving, and organizational skills. Extreme attention to detail is essential. Excellent telephone and communication skills are necessary. Positive and professional attitude. Other duties as assigned. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test that includes hair follicle testing.
