Office Assistant/Customer Service Representative

Job description Hello! Avani Granite & Marble, the largest importer, and distributor of Exotic Marble, Quartz & Granite are looking for an energetic, full-time Office Assistant/Customer Service Representative for our Nashville, TN location. Job duties for this position include:

• Assist customers with selecting granite or quartz countertops
• Assist walk-in customers
• Must be a people person as you will deal with customers daily
• Keep the showroom in order
• Must be ORGANIZED and clean
• Answering phones - taking messages - following up with customers
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail and emails
• Filing
• Scheduling
• Processing sales orders and invoices
• Ability to multi-task, possess time management skills.
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Following up with customers regarding material selection
• Sense of color - as you will be working with countertops, cabinets, flooring, backsplash, and paint color. As well as initial contact with potential new customers and providing various support to our staff.
• Must be able to work Saturday's 9 am-1 pm. Weekday hours are 8am-5pm.
