We are seeking a friendly, organized, and highly motivated Office Receptionist & Patient Care Coordinator Duties Patient Communication Answer incoming phone calls and text messages Front Desk Operations Greet patients and visitors professionally Check patients in and out Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment Patient Care Coordination Assist providers and clinical staff with administrative needs Ensure all patient files are complete and accurate Help maintain compliance with clinic policies and procedures CRM & Administrative Tasks Update patient records and notes in CRM software Post on Social Media Maintain accurate records of appointments and follow-ups Confirm upcoming appointments Conduct post-treatment follow-up calls and messages

Pay:

$15.00 - $22.00 per hour
