Full-time, 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) 100% onsite

Job Description:
The Office Associate plays a key role in supporting field technicians, dispatch teams, and internal operations by ensuring accurate documentation, smooth communication, and efficient workflow coordination. This position is highly interactive and requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. This role includes working closely with technicians in the field, coordinating updates, resolving operational questions, and ensuring job details are accurate as they move through the system. The position is part of a collaborative office team that supports a large network of service professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with field technicians, dispatch teams, and internal departments via email, phone, and MS Teams Provide real-time support by resolving questions related to scheduling, job details, pricing, and service updates Review, process, and verify job documentation to ensure accuracy across systems Enter and maintain accurate data in internal platforms and tracking systems Coordinate daily workflow to support technicians and ensure timely job completion Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and routing information to appropriate teams Support payment processing and ensure proper documentation is recorded Maintain organized records and uphold data integrity standards Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on efficiency and responsiveness
Qualifications:
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and Teams) Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think quickly under pressure Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude Comfortable working in an operational, service-driven office setting
