Job Description

[ Position ​​​​​] Office Clerk [ Summary ] ​​​​Perform wide-range of general administrative duties to support on-going operational needs. Handle routine human resource administration, fleet management, and branch-wide safety and compliance programs. [ Essential Duties ] Verify accuracy of invoices. Compute, record data and other information, such as EOM report filing. Input orders for customers. Maintain positive customer relations. Assist sales representatives as needed. Support on-going sales activities as appropriate. Purchasing and inventory control Prepare credit memos as appropriate. Handle credit reference requests. Obtain and updates customer's application document such as sales and use tax. Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information as appropriate. Answer telephones, door, and direct calls and take messages. Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities. Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers. Maintain and update filing, mailing, and database systems. Open, sort and route incoming mail, answer routine correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail. Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests. Light maintenance duties. Education:
High School/G.E.D(College Preferred)
Special Training:
FDA, OSHA, etc
Additional Requirements:
Prefer Bilingual (English w/ other language)
Pay:
$20.00 per hour
