Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Office Floater to join our team! This energetic role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. As an Office Floater, you will serve as a key support person across various departments, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional administrative support. Your proactive attitude and organizational skills will help keep our office running efficiently while providing excellent customer service to visitors and staff alike. Responsibilities Provide front desk support by greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and managing incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy Assist with office management duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to ensure accurate financial records Manage calendar appointments and schedule meetings using Microsoft Outlook Handle clerical tasks including proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries promptly and providing helpful information both in person and via phone or email Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, organizing supplies, and supporting personal assistant responsibilities as needed Experience Previous office experience or clerical experience demonstrating familiarity with administrative tasks and office workflows Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), office management software (QuickBooks Desktop/Online), and data entry skills Experience with bookkeeping, multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and customer support is highly desirable Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively Personal assistant or office management experience will be considered an asset Join us in this vibrant role where your enthusiasm for organization and service will make a meaningful impact!
