Job Description

Office & Inside Sales Coordinator (Full-Time) Zimowski Food Specialties, Inc. has been in business for over 70 years, providing quality food products and dependable service to our customers. We are a well-established, growing company with a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where employees play a key role in our success. We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and outgoing individual to join our team as an Office & Inside Sales Coordinator . This role supports our office operations while assisting both Sales and Purchasing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule Mon-Thurs:
9:00 AM
  • 5:30
PM Friday:
9:00 AM
  • 4:00 PM (1/2-hour lunch) What You'll Do Answer phones and assist customers Process orders and handle data entry Support Sales & Purchasing teams Coordinate special orders and source products Manage unassigned customer accounts Handle daily office tasks (filing, reports, statements, A/P posting) What We're Looking For 2+ years office and/or food sales experience preferred Strong multitasking and attention to detail Good communication and computer skills (Word, Excel; Sage a plus) 10-key/data entry experience Reliable and able to work independently Details Full-time position Pay and benefits discussed during interview
