Job Description

Office Manager / HR Assistant Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage daily office operations while providing support to HR functions and company events. This role plays a key part in maintaining an efficient, well-coordinated workplace and ensuring smooth internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions Coordinate internal processes, meetings, and company events Provide support with HR-related tasks, including onboarding, documentation, and employee communications Maintain organized records, files, and office systems Serve as a point of contact for staff and assist with general office needs
Qualifications:
1-3 years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience preferred Minimum of a 2-year degree required Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems quickly
Skills & Attributes:
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
