Job Description

Seeking a reliable individual to run the administrative operations of a growing fence company. Primary duties consist of answering customer calls, scheduling estimates, permitting, ordering materials, and coordinating jobs. Must be a self-starter, able to prioritize tasks, multi-task, have great organization skills, be able to manage your own time with little to no supervision and have excellent customer relations skills. Spanish speakers a huge plus. Notary a plus. Experience in construction industry a plus. Salary dependent on experience. Responsibilities Scheduling estimates communicate with customers and vendors Organize job files permit prepare and filing order materials and supplies Setting up estimates and finalizing contracts Skills Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent organizational skills Familiarity with office management procedures Experience in construction industry and or with permitting is preferred Typical end time: 5PM Typical start time: 8
