PM Compensation:
$48,000
  • $55,000, commensurate with experience
Reports To:
Owner /
Operations Director Supervises:
1 Office Support Staff and Virtual Assistants.

DiMichele Enterprises operates 18+ McDonald's restaurants across Indiana with active growth plans. Our Portland corporate office supports field operations, restaurant management teams, and crew across the organization. We run a modern franchise back-office that combines traditional admin work with workflow automation tools.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We're hiring an organized, detail-oriented Office Manager to run the daily operations of our corporate office. This role supports field operations and store staff, owns the office's administrative and financial recordkeeping, and supervises one office support employee. The right person is proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and able to keep a busy office running cleanly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Office Operations
  • Run day-to-day administrative operations of the corporate office
  • Maintain an organized, professional workspace and filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Manage mail, shipping, supplies, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate meeting spaces and shared areas Financial & Administrative Support
  • Perform bookkeeping & financial recordkeeping in QuickBooks
  • Process invoices, track expenses, and support financial reporting via bill.com
  • Verify payroll reports from our payroll service and coordinate adjustments as needed
  • Maintain accurate financial and administrative records Field & Staff Support
  • Serve as a corporate-office point of contact for restaurant managers and staff
  • Support onboarding paperwork, internal communications, and administrative requests from the field
  • Learn and use McDonald's franchise systems (hands-on training provided)
  • Work within our workflow automation tools to keep processes running Team Leadership
  • Supervise one office support employee and utilize two virtual assistants.
  • Assign and review administrative work, provide guidance on workflow and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneDrive, cowork)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience supervising or coordinating office staff
  • Professional communication skills Preferred
  • Prior office manager or senior administrative experience
  • Background supporting accounting or payroll processes
  • Multi-location or franchise back-office experience
  • Comfort learning new software systems
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Salary:
    $48,000
  • $55,000
