• Main Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and speak with homeowners in a friendly, professional manner
• Schedule painting and repair estimates
• Help customers determine if they are in our service area (Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties)
• General office tasks and organization

• What We're Looking For:

• Friendly and professional phone presence
• Good knowledge of the local Tri-County area (Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties)
• Familiar with
• Google Workspace
• (Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, etc.)
• Knowledge of home improvement, painting, or restoration industry is a big plus
• Comfortable using a computer and learning our scheduling system
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a quick learner Previous office experience and local candidates preferred.
