Primacy Risk Services is a leading Third Party Administrator (TPA) specializing in Commercial Trucking Auto Liability Claims. Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly-organized and proactive Office Manager who has excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, paired with a sense of initiative. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of office management or administrative experience. This role is crucial for supporting our leadership team and providing structure and efficiency across the company, all while embodying the values of Primacy Risk Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Front desk operations including answering phones, greeting visitors, handling incoming & outgoing mail Facility management, including coordinating vendor/equipment services, managing office supplies, facility logistics, coordinating with landlord Managing executive calendars and scheduling meetings Coordinating travel arrangements and logistics Planning and organizing company events Providing administrative support through filing, data entry, document organization, and general office tasks
Qualifications:
High School education or equivalent required; Associate's degree or equivalent preferred. 2+ years of office management or administrative experience. Highly organized and excellent attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Problem-solving skills and adaptability A high degree of accountability for the maintenance of confidential and sensitive information. Physical Requirements Works in an office and home-based office setting and remains in a stationary position for long periods of time while working at a desk, on a computer or with other standard office equipment, or while in meetings. Requires the ability to verbally communicate and exchange accurate information with customers and associates on a regular basis. Requires visual acuity to read and interpret a variety of correspondence, procedures, reports, and forms via paper and electronic documents. Visual acuity is required to assess the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of assigned work. Requires the ability to prepare written correspondence, reports, and forms using prescribed formats and conforming to rules of punctuation, grammar, diction, and style on a regular basis. Requires the ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Performs substantial wrist, hand, and finger movement for continuous computer work.

$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
