Job Description:
Insight Global is currently hiring a Part-Time Office Administrator for one of our clients in the SaaS industry. This individual will support their New York office 3 days a week. In this role, the office administrator will support overall office operations and help maintain a positive and enjoyable work environment. The responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
  • Basic office management in a shared space
  • Planning and executing company-wide events
  • Prepare and ship laptops to employees
  • Order office supplies
  • Arrange breakfast and/or lunch meetings in the office
  • Welcome new joiners
  • Parcels preparation and shipment
  • Manage laptop returns from remote employees
  • Ad hoc projects Required Skills and Experience
  • 2+ years of experience working in a professional office setting
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to work required schedule (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm)
  • Willing to complete administrative tasks as needed Compensation $20-$22/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
