Job Description

Position:
We are currently seeking a meticulous and proactive Office Administrator to join our office team. This role is crucial in maintaining efficient operations through strong filing and organizational skills. For someone more senior in age and experience, this can be either a full-time or part-time role.
Location:
Girard, Ohio Responsibilities:
Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails. Develop and maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital. Ensure all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible. Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary. Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an office administrator, assistant, or relevant administrative role. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular). Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. A high school diploma and additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
