Job Description

Office Manager Chris Burkey Plumbing Chris Burkey Plumbing is seeking a dependable and organized Office Manager to join our team. We are a daily service and new construction company, and looking for an individual who can handle overseeing all of our office operations. This includes but is not limited to: Delegating and overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to keep the business running, the ability to communicate professionally with customers and employees, and is both efficient and detailed oriented to make sure we are accurately and efficiently running all operations. This is a key role in our company, and we are looking for someone who is organized, driven, and can handle responsibility of leading others. Responsibilities Submit and manage payroll Handle customer billing and accounts Schedule service calls and coordinate appointments Answer incoming phone calls and make outbound calls Manage office organization and daily administrative tasks Assist with employee management and communication Maintain accurate records and paperwork Provide excellent customer service and support Requirements Reliable transportation required Punctual and dependable Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to manage employees and office workflow Professional communication and customer service skills Basic computer and office software knowledge Ability to work independently and as part of a team Position Details Full-time position Competitive pay based on experience Stable, long-term opportunity Friendly and team-oriented work environment
