Office Manager Assistant

Answering phones, billing, sending invoices/purchase orders/ sales acknowledgements via email, filing and other administrative duties. Experience in A/P and A/R preferred .Other duties include, but not limited to, setting up shipments with trucking companies via the internet, expediting orders and general customer service. Hours are 8am until 5pm Monday through Friday with a one-hour lunch. You must apply in person with 2 forms of identification at 2401 Discovery Blvd., Rockwall
