Job Description
Office Manager - Behavioral Health (Full-Time) Responsibilities include: Manage daily administrative and business operations of the Behavioral Health Department Implement departmental policies, procedures, and support quality improvement efforts Scan and maintain client records and documentation in the EPIC system Manage EPIC work queues, including charge review, referrals, and patient records Compile monthly, quarterly, and fiscal year-end statistical reports Take minutes for Behavioral Health staff meetings Answer phones, triage calls, and take messages Schedule appointments for clinical staff, contracted psychiatrist, and traditional healer Conduct initial client screenings to determine eligibility and service needs Assist clients with registration, intake paperwork, insurance verification, and documentation Prepare and update client information in EPIC prior to appointments Register new clients in EPIC Verify Medicaid eligibility through CHAMPS for dates of service
