Role:
We are an owner-operated luxury hardwood flooring boutique known for exceptional materials, craftsmanship, and a highly personal client experience. We are seeking a Showroom Office Manager to oversee the operational and administrative heart of the business. This is a hands-on, operations-heavy role suited to someone who brings structure, financial accuracy, and quiet leadership to a refined showroom environment. You'll balance client-facing professionalism with behind-the-scenes control of systems, orders, and numbers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom and office Be the primary point of contact for clients visiting or contacting the showroom Oversee the full sales administration process: quotes, invoices, deposits, payments, and follow-ups Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, reconciliations, and basic financial reports Ensure pricing accuracy, margin awareness, and orderly financial controls Coordinate orders with suppliers, installers, and logistics partners Track inventory, samples, and display materials Maintain efficient office systems in a fast-moving, owner-run environment Support the owner with operational and financial insights
About You:
Experience in an office management, showroom management, or senior administration role Strong accounting, bookkeeping, or finance background (formal or hands-on) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven Calm, polished communicator with a client-focused mindset Comfortable juggling multiple orders, timelines, and priorities Takes pride in quality, presentation, and doing things properly
Preferred Experience:
Interiors, flooring, architecture, construction, office management, or luxury retail Proficiency with accounting software, CRM, project management software, QuickBooks, Excel, etc.
