  • Full-time Overview OrthoMotion specializes in precision-built orthopedic and medical devices, designed for every patient.
We work directly with patients and providers to make sure they get the right equipment, when they need it. We're looking for an Office Manager who plays a vital role in ensuring accurate patient information, documentation and insurance coverage for No-Fault (PIP) and Workers' Compensation cases. This position is essential for preventing delays, supporting billing compliance and safeguarding reimbursement through meticulous record-keeping and effective communication. Job Summary You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, manage one to two staff members and make sure everything from patient verification to billing compliance runs smoothly. This role sits at the center of the operation, so if you can't stay organized under pressure, this isn't the right seat for you. Such responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Skills and Qualifications:
Thoroughly verify patient demographic information and all related documents to ensure accuracy prior to claim processing Own the No-Fault (PIP) and Workers' Compensation processes from intake to resolution. This is the core of the role Ensure all documentation, billing and operations stay fully compliant with medical industry standards Oversee medical verification for patients prior to equipment delivery Coordinate with internal teams to make sure orders are processed accurately and on time Collaborate with scheduling, billing, and clinical teams to facilitate seamless workflows across partners Contribute to audits, quality reviews and reporting to ensure ongoing compliance with regulations Manage and support a small team of one to two office staff Keep the office running efficiently, organized, accountable and on schedule What You Need to Bring Minimum 1 year of direct No-Fault (PIP) and Workers' Compensation experience, non-negotiable Deep understanding of No-Fault and Workers' Comp guidelines, terminology and claims processes Familiarity with durable medical equipment (DME) terminology, product categories and documentation requirements
